We say so because it is true, and it is the most useful thing we can tell you today. None of the four instruments we work with is accepting applications right now, and no official source indicates when they will reopen.

2026/2027 campaign: opened on 17 March 2026, closed on 30 June 2026 at 23:59. Paper annexes by 7 July. Ranking expected on 16 November 2026.

  • Budget: 6.76 million euro
  • Application window: 105 days
  • Online application through the GRAPE service

What it funds

Construction and modernisation of winery buildings; equipment and installations for farm shops, including tasting rooms and display and sales areas; wooden vessels for ageing; equipment for production, processing, marketing and storage.

Last call: opened on 1 July 2024, closed on 2 October 2024 after an extension. As at the update date of this page, no new opening has been published.

  • Budget: 9 million euro
  • Grant rate: 40%, up to 60% combining mountain area and young farmers
  • Eligible: direct farmers and professional agricultural entrepreneurs

Investments in activities complementary to farming: agritourism, social farming, educational farms, on-farm processing of products.

Why this is the moment to design

Look at the window of the last OCM Wine call: opened on 17 March, closed on 30 June. One hundred and five days to produce a defined architectural project, consistent quotations, the necessary permits and a complete application.

Anyone who starts designing when the call opens does not make it, or gets there with a project built in a hurry around a deadline rather than around the building. Anyone whose project is ready simply applies.

That is why our work on grants begins while the calls are closed. In the months when there is nothing to submit, the project is defined, constraints are checked and the cost plan is built. Then, when the window opens, you apply.

Every figure on this page is taken from the official call documentation, reachable from the link in each block. We check the sources every month: if you find anything out of date, let us know.
