Winery and wine tourism design

A winery is not just a place of production: it is the story of a family, a territory and a wine. Lato51 designs wineries, tasting rooms, wine boutiques and wine-tourism hospitality spaces, combining productive function with the visitor's experience.

We have worked with wine estates of the Langhe and the Roero: Ciabot Berton and Cantina Oddero in La Morra, Rocche Costamagna and the CDM tasting room, Cantina Massucco in Castagnito, Ca' del Baio in Treiso, Malvirà in Canale, Ca' Flor in Barbaresco, the Colli Rossi in Monforte d'Alba. Projects in which traditional materials and contemporary language intertwine, and in which tasting becomes a moment of storytelling as well as sampling.

Frequently asked questions

Do you design both the production and the hospitality sides?
We focus above all on the spaces experienced by the public — tasting, display, welcome — integrating them with the rest of the winery.
Which areas do you work in?
Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, as well as the rest of Piedmont.
Do you also curate the wine tourism experience?
Yes: from the tasting room to hospitality, down to the details that tell the story of the estate and its wine.
