Architect in the Langhe and Monferrato

The Langhe are our chosen territory. In this corner of Piedmont, a UNESCO World Heritage site, Lato51 designs fine residences, wineries and wine-tourism hospitality spaces, with a language that dialogues with the vineyard landscape rather than imposing itself upon it.

Among the hills we have signed projects weaving wine, architecture and welcome together: Villa Carla in Barolo, with its infinity pool facing the castle; AgriSuite Il Cedro in La Morra, five suites born from the restoration of a historic Cordero di Montezemolo family wine estate; the relais and restaurant of Arborina, also in La Morra; the Speziale wine resort in Verduno. And our work for wineries such as Ciabot Berton, Cantina Oddero, Rocche Costamagna and the CDM tasting room in La Morra, Ca' Flor in Barbaresco, Malvirà in the Roero. Every space tells the story of those who make wine, often for generations, and turns it into an experience for those who visit.

We design in the Langhe, the Roero and the Monferrato, bringing the same attention to place, materials and light to every project.
