Wine tourism: designing the visit

The contemporary winery is both a production site and a narrative one. How to hold the two together.

Designing a winery today means designing two parallel journeys: that of the wine and that of the visitor.

The first asks for efficiency, temperature, hygiene. The second asks for rhythm, darkness and light, resting points, a final view worth the trip.

When the two paths brush against each other without interfering, the visit becomes credible: you see the work, not a stage set.
