Arborina Relais

The property was created in 2015 to a design by Studio ideawork design consulting 1981 of Turin, among the evocative hills of Barolo, and takes its name from the Arborina cru in the Annunziata district of La Morra. LATO51 handled the technical construction drawings for this new building, which draws on tradition by recalling an old farmhouse in its forms and in its use of materials. The design reaches into the present with large glazed walls opening onto the landscape and with distinctive construction details in which iron takes the leading role. The elegantly designed rooms are characterised by classic materials and forms, reinterpreted in a contemporary key with close attention to detail.
