The renovation of the tasting room grew out of the wish to redefine the spaces devoted to hospitality, enhancing the strong bond between architecture, landscape and wine culture. The work focused mainly on reorganising the service areas — kitchen and bathrooms — turning them from purely functional spaces into an integral part of the architectural experience. Every room was designed with the same care given to the tasting room, helping to build a coherent, elegant and contemporary language. The choice of materials and finishes sits naturally within the hill setting of La Morra, through a warm, tactile palette able to converse with the surrounding landscape. The large windows facing the vineyards take centre stage, establishing a continuous relationship between inside and outside and making the panorama of the hills an integral part of the tasting experience. Natural light accompanies the spaces throughout the day, emphasising the materiality of the interiors and creating ever-changing views over the landscape. The result is a welcoming, characterful space, conceived to offer an immersive and contemporary experience, deeply tied to the identity of the area and to the authentic dimension of a family-run winery.
