Casa Caboto

This apartment in the heart of the Crocetta district is a complete make-over, carried out with respect for what was already there and enhancing the prestigious elements contained within the building's shell. Resin floors and wall finishes, together with wallpapers and paint colours full of personality, enrich the surrounding space. "Industrial-chic" glazed partitions and bespoke furniture convey the care and attention the client asked for in this project, where the richness of the restored antique parquet and the aesthetic of the new contemporary elements merge to create harmonious spaces full of taste. No less important was the need to create a home devoted first and foremost to family life, with a generous and convivial living area connected directly to the sleeping quarters, where the bedrooms — one master and two secondary — play a central role.
