Osteria Arborina

A new building among the evocative hills of Barolo houses the restaurant. Its architecture draws on tradition in its use of materials, but with forms of distinctly modern character. Large glazed walls open onto the surrounding vineyards, creating a direct relationship between inside and outside. The open kitchen is a laboratory of ideas and craft, where the tasting menu is orchestrated before the guests' eyes. Its industrial-style rooms open onto unique spaces deeply bound to the land, such as the vineyards and the Cedar of Lebanon of La Morra.
